This is one of the larger log homes that we have built.  Not your typical Abe Lincoln or Daniel Boone Log Cabin.  This home was a complete custom home from the ground up.  We worked out the design with the Powell’s over several months.

We started this home in April 2009 and it was Completed in March 2010.  We had a lot of rain thru the spring and summer of 2009, which slowed things a bit, but the home was completed around the first of March, 2010.   This beautiful Log Home has over 6600 square feet under roof, has a full finished basement and lots of great features including, hand scraped hickory floors, vaulted ceilings with beams, beautiful wood and mixed wood drywall interior, custom hickory cabinets, a very nice library area, beautiful custom tile work, and check out the master closet!!

This home was a true “Labor of Love” as the Powell’s had planned for many years for their dream home in the Ozarks.  After viewing the photos here, if you would like to see more, we have several hundred construction photos of the home if you are interested.
